Whenever we get a call, whether it’s in our clinic, or at our call center, if it’s from a customer, we know what location they are a customer of, the name of their pet(s), and their treatment history before we even pick up the phone. We also provide you with the means to add us to your site. This associated connection allows your store to earn a flat rate commission for each dental cleaning completed. If that customer also gets any vaccinations or prescriptions, this increases those revenues as well.
As one of our partners, we provide free wellness checks to all of your employee’s pets every 6 months. We also provide each employee with other very discounted services, vaccines and prescriptions for helping pass out promotional materials to all of your customers.
If you have the room, we are able to help market services at your location with a small branded table and chair, standing banner and co-branded handouts for your customers. This gives us quality time with your customers. We are also able to help out with any promotions that you may have.
All new clinic-partner relationships begin with a trial clinic date that costs you nothing.We’ll provide you with all the marketing materials you need to promote your trial clinic to your customers. If all goes well, then we’ll discuss your store’s potential and work out a schedule for regular visits.
